Check sum validation of the files copied, dynamic folder creation, scheduling, file exclusions, and network support, are the features I'm using and haven't found complete, in other sync tools. For that I'm using Create Synchronicity which has a few unique features as a file sync tool. I'm not using it to track whether copies are made of the files on different disks. You can even use shortcuts, search, and other tools you have available for your desktop to find and manage files on B2. If you keep archived documents or media in B2 and often need to browse to find a file, this makes that much faster.
